Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer

Skillko HSI is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and mentor a scalable platform for regulated industries. This role focuses on end-to-end feature delivery using modern technologies like Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. The ideal candidate will guide engineering best practices, foster a strong culture, and drive continuous improvement through automation and testing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 6+ years’ experience in Java and Spring Boot
• 3+ years’ experience developing front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue)
• Proven ability to mentor engineers
• Experience designing and maintaining REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with AWS
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing
• Strong understanding of secure coding principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in Agile environments with a continuous improvement mindset
