Business Development Manager

Huawei is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales and partnerships in the solar and energy storage sector. The successful candidate will define and implement strategic sales directions, oversee sales operations, and develop client relationships while driving market share growth.

Requirements

• 8 years of sales experience in the solar power sector
• Proven track record of direct client interaction and securing high-value projects in the utilities sector
• Excellent communication skills and strong technical knowledge
• Success-oriented and prior management or team leadership experience
• Comfortable with frequent business travel and working in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Business Administration
• Fluent in English and Romanian
