Job Description
Huawei is seeking a Fixed Access Network Solution Sales Manager to lead the development of products and solutions for key accounts, with a focus on industry and network development trends. The successful candidate will promote Huawei's full range of solutions to defined customers, collect and analyze market information to identify business opportunities, and provide technical consulting services to customers. The role involves managing activities between Huawei and its service provider accounts, innovating competition strategies, and cultivating competition situations.
Requirements
- Technical presales background in telecommunications, preferably in fixed access network projects
- Good knowledge of GPON/ Router/ DWDM/MW/DWDM network architecture and related products
- Good experience on optical network engineering, especially FTTH network rollout
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Good team work
- Customer orientation
- Good negotiation skills
- Result oriented
- Initiative and accurate
- Ability to share experience and knowledge
- Fluent English
