Solar BESS Solution Manager- C&I (m/f/d)

Huawei is seeking a Solar BESS Solution Manager to evaluate and develop battery energy storage solutions in various scenarios, provide market insights, and represent the company's professional image.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in electrical automation, renewable energy, or other related fields
• Rich experience in relevant fields, ideally with experience in one or more of the following areas: PV inverter or BESS manufacturer, Solar, inverter, BESS, or power electronics test lab, Standards development or certification organization, Renewable energy engineering consultancy firm, C&I solar PV project EPC/developer company, Policy-making entity, regulator, or authority related to solar energy
• Success-oriented and a team player, with a passion for renewables
• Strong communication and commercial skills
• Fluency in English and German
