IT Recruiter

Huawei is seeking a recruiter to manage the recruitment activities of its IT technical department within its R&D Center in R& İstanbul, Istanbul, Turkey. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate screening to interview scheduling, and collaboration with the HR team. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2-3 years recruitment experience, especially in IT, telecommunication sector
• Strong communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong skills in MS Office programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment
• Confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach
