Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the fulfillment and production operations, including transportation routing, customer service, and inventory control.
Requirements
- B.A. Degree with minimum of 5 years of production, warehouse, and logistics experience
- Experience in a Manufacturing/production environment
- 3PL, warehousing and logistics management
- General supervisory experience
- Excellent systems skills
- Planning, staffing, budgeting, organizing, and communicating
- Ability to develop effective relationships, provide leadership, and integrate diverse organizations and individuals toward profitability objectives
- Ability to follow procedures and work instructions
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
- Ability to operate office machinery and computer systems
