Requirements
- Support Account Managers on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewal of commercial insurance accounts
- Collaborate with Account Management Team on service strategies
- Update and maintain agency management systems
- Create summaries of insurance on existing client accounts and templates for new and renewal business
- Obtain loss run data from carriers and assisting with developing and maintenance of loss analysis worksheets
- Conduct business in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of both the business and earnings implications of the Company
