Job Description
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Entertainment team. This role works collaboratively with the service team to provide day-to-day service for Entertainment clients (small business) by maintaining client relationships, supporting client retention, maintaining strong carrier relationships and understanding client needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related commercial insurance experience within a brokerage environment
- Experience in the Entertainment field is a plus (not required)
- HS diploma or GED
- An active insurance license in good standing
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
- Computer proficient with MSOS, Outlook, agency management systems (Epic preferred)
