The Employee Benefits Account Manager services and maintains accounts while providing professional and prompt support to our clients, carrier representatives, vendor partners, and HUB colleagues. This role plays a key part in positively impacting customer satisfaction and will support the organic growth goals of the organization.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of applicable Employee Benefits experience
- Strong ability to listen, discern, and prioritize with clients, colleagues and carrier representatives based on a thorough understanding of relevant issues
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to utilize and be proficient in broker management systems
- Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills
