Job Description
HUB International is seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to support and maintain finance processes and projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related role, and strong attention to detail and analytical skills. The role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related role
- 2 years of EPIC Agency Management System experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- May require travel
