Illinois Commercial Lines Sales Leader

HUB International is seeking a Commercial Lines Sales Leader to lead growth in IL, WI, and IA. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive sales experience and be a hands-on manager with a consultative approach. Responsibilities include developing and enabling sales teams, promoting interdepartmental resource sharing, and identifying sales initiatives and business development opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of progressive, successful sales experience
• Majority of experience must be within an agency, brokerage, or consulting firm
• College Diploma or University Degree
• P&C licenses required
