Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of insurance industry experience (Personal Lines or Commercial Lines)
- Level 1 General Insurance License (required)
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive, client-first mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfort with sales-oriented activities such as upselling, presenting coverage options, or supporting renewal discussions
- Proficiency with standard office tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Industry designations (CIP, CAIB, CRM, etc.) are an asset
