As a Sales Manager - Mid-Market, DACH at HubSpot, you will work directly with small and medium-sized enterprises, supporting their growth using proactive and inbound sales strategies. You will apply your knowledge of digital transformation and change management to act as a trusted advisor to our customers, accompanying the sales process from start to finish.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a targeted sales position
- Good German and English language skills
- Experience in a complex sales environment
- Experience in addressing board members in terms of a change
- Experience in managing a monthly and annual pipeline and creating precise forecasts
- Proven over-fulfillment of monthly and annual targets
- Trained and/or certified in a standardized sales method (e.g. Sandler)
