10+ years of experience in underground mining, professional designation, and experience with Microsoft Office and modeling software

1 year of University Degree in Mining or Geological Engineering, strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

2+ years' experience in a supervisory role, BC Shiftboss Certification, and excellent communication skills

5+ years of experience in engineering, with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, and registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with EGBC or eligible for immediate transfer from another province or territory

Bachelor's degree in Geology or Earth Sciences and 1-3 years of experience in a mining environment

Valid Red Seal Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) certification

Must be a Red Seal Certified Industrial Mechanic with underground experience preferred

Valid CWB welding certification, Journeyman Red Seal Welder, valid Class 5 British Columbia driver’s license, and 5 years of experience in mining or heavy industrial setting
