Requirements

• Actively participate in all Environmental, Health and Safety aspects of the mine and ensure all safety procedures and programs are effectively being followed.
• Develop project execution plans, operational readiness programs, commissioning certificates, assist with maintaining a document control library and analyze data and perform calculations.
• Metallurgy and Mill Operations support in troubleshooting technical challenges support process optimization.
• Support Metallurgy team as required.
• Support trials, pilot plants and commissioning of new processing equipment.
• Actively participate in cross-functional opportunities to support Engineer-in-Training (EIT) development.
• Supervise and support junior members of the team.
• Supervise contractors on projects.
• Develop and support safety protocols thereby ensuring that the safety of people and the environment is paramount.
• Perform other duties as required.
