Director, Business Development - China

The Director, Business Development of China will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, growth, and management of business development efforts in China.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; US university preferred; Master's degree preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; resides in China.
• Extensive experience selling academic program to schools in China.
• Strong knowledge of online K-12 education programs, international curriculum models, and global university admissions processes.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting.
• Ability to create and execute strategies for revenue and market growth.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage sales budgets and report to leadership.
