We are looking for an experienced E&I Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all electrical and instrumentation activities during the upcoming shutdown/turnaround. The Supervisor will ensure all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with SABIC standards, project specifications, and industrial safety protocols.
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate E&I technicians, electricians, and instrument technicians during shutdown activities.
- Ensure all electrical and instrumentation jobs comply with SABIC specifications, drawings, and ITP/QCP requirements.
- Oversee maintenance, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and calibration of E&I equipment.
- Manage loop checking, continuity tests, insulation resistance tests (IR), function testing, and instrument calibration.
- Monitor and verify work related to motors, switchgear, MCCs, transformers, field instruments, transmitters, control valves, analyzers, junction boxes, and cabling.
- Review job packages, work permits, and ensure proper implementation of LOTO procedures.
- Coordinate with planners, QA/QC, safety officers, and operations for smooth execution.
- Ensure timely completion of shutdown tasks within the planned schedule.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and rework.
- Prepare daily progress reports, manpower allocation, and update status to site management.
- Verify material availability, tools, test equipment, and ensure calibration certificates are valid.
- Enforce strict safety compliance, PPE usage, and SABIC work permit requirements.
