Hudson Manpower is Hiring: Blue & White Collar Recruiter to source and mobilize blue-collar and white-collar candidates for client requirements, build relationships with placement agents and technical training centers, and ensure compliance with client requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in blue/white collar recruitment
• Proven experience in field sourcing and candidate mobilization from different states of India
• Strong network and contacts with local agents, manpower suppliers, and technical institutes
• Good knowledge of online job portals and sourcing platforms
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel for field recruitment drives across India when required
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, email communication)
