Site Civil Engineer – Saudi Arabia (Overhead Transmission Line Projects - OHTL) - L1

Supervise civil construction, independently manage excavation and foundation activities, ensure compliance with technical designs and safety standards, and promote a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Experience working with high voltage transmission lines (220kV, 380kV, 400kV, 500kV, or 765kV)
• Proven expertise in OHTL execution
• Prior experience in pile foundation work (advantageous)
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Practical experience in managing on-site activities, contractors, and civil teams
