Technical Project Manager - Trading Technology

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Trading Technology team. In this role, you’ll drive initiatives that strengthen the performance, reliability, and scalability of HRT’s global trading systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
• Proven experience leading software development or infrastructure projects in high-performance, low-latency, or real-time environments
• Comprehensive understanding of systems design and the trading technology stack—including networking, market data, compute infrastructure, and trading lifecycle considerations—preferred
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and provide strategic problem-solving and process improvement suggestions
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
