Job Description
Hudson River Trading is looking for a Trading Operations Analyst to join their Trade Operations team, responsible for managing the live trading environment, configuring and monitoring systems, and handling risk and regulatory tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (CS, engineering, physics, math, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience at a financial institution and/or trading firm
- Experience with a scripting language (Python, Perl, Bash)
- Strong working knowledge of Linux systems
- Strong understanding of on-exchange products and experience with equity or derivatives trading and market structure
- Working knowledge of FIX, OUCH, & other market-specific protocols
- Extensive experience supporting electronic trading systems
- Ability to identify areas for platform improvement in a complex technical environment
- Excellent communication & prioritization skills
