Huge is seeking an Associate Director of Content Strategy to lead complex initiatives that transform content support for business goals and user needs. This senior strategic role involves defining content vision, architecting systems, and leading teams to implement content strategies across digital ecosystems. The role requires fluency in AI and a focus on practical implementation rather than editorial content.
Requirements
- 8+ years leading content strategy, digital strategy, or a related field
- Deep expertise in content architecture, metadata strategy, IA, and CMS/content delivery platforms
- Experience designing and operationalizing large-scale content systems
- Fluency in deterministic vs. generative AI
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise redesigns
- Strong analytical and client communication skills
