Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in visual design with a strong focus on digital products and design systems
• Proven expertise in Figma, prototyping, and component systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and inspire other designers
• Solid project management capabilities and ability to scope design phases effectively
• Experience presenting work in client-facing meetings and design reviews
