Product Lead - Merchants (VP/SVP)

The Product Lead - Merchants is responsible for building, managing, and scaling HugoBank’s SME ecosystem. This role focuses on developing and executing digital propositions to simplify SME payments, liquidity management, and access to financing, ultimately driving ecosystem growth and strengthening the bank's position as a digital-first SME bank. It requires a blend of product strategy, commercial acumen, regulatory understanding, and on-the-ground SME experience.

Requirements

• Lead the design and execution of the SME Product Roadmap.
• Develop targeted SME acquisition strategies.
• Build digital business account structures and integrated invoicing tools.
• Develop value-added services for SME credit lines.
• Build and integrate credit scores.
• Design and maintain robust KYB/KYC frameworks.
• Partner with Risk and Compliance teams.
• Develop and maintain loan products.
