Treasury Operations Lead

The Treasury Operations Lead will oversee daily operations within the Treasury Back Office (TBO). This role includes authorizing deals, collaborating with the Head of Operations to develop departmental strategies, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures. The role focuses on supporting and enhancing HugoBank's Treasury operations, including PRISM and related processes.

Requirements

• Liaison with internal department and External Vendor for Treasury Management System, SBP for new PRISM Setup, SBP account Opening and System UAT.
• Lead Treasury operations to ensure alignment with business objectives and close collaboration with treasury middle and front office.
• Update SBP balance and RTGS inflows/outflows in treasury blotter share it with the treasury front office.
• Ensure timely access to funds from front office on a timely basis
• Analyze market based TROPS related developments and process advancement.
• Manage all operational data for respective Risk Entities and report to the Risk Department.
