Job Description
Human Agency is seeking a highly capable and strategic Chief of Staff to lead operational rhythms and high-touch, client-facing delivery. This role will focus on delivering client engagement through AI solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, and building a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will possess AI fluency and experience managing complex projects and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, client services, program/project management, or strategic support
- Demonstrated success leading multi-stakeholder projects
- AI fluency: understanding LLM-enabled use cases
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana/Notion, Slack, and modern web tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
