Job Description
Human Agency is seeking a Product Lead to embed within a design-build client organization, partnering to develop AI-powered software and drive real value. This hands-on role requires a product builder who thrives on user understanding, collaboration, and delivering solutions that address real-world challenges. The ideal candidate will own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and build a culture of excellence within the team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Proven ability to balance discovery and delivery
- Experience leading small engineering teams or pods
- Consulting mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfort working with APIs and data pipelines
- Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Operating with cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, AWS)
- Familiarity with enterprise integrations (Tableau)
