Job Description
Human Made is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to join their global team. This remote position focuses on balancing project delivery with strategic team leadership, guiding distributed teams to deliver WordPress-based projects for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile principles, be adaptable to dynamic environments, and work collaboratively with engineering, commercial, and client teams.
Requirements
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) or similar qualifications desirable
- Experience in a scrum master / agile delivery role
- Strong skills in servant leadership, negotiation, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and promoting transparency
- Experience applying scrum, a wider awareness of agile principles, and a data driven mindset
- Experience working in an enterprise agency environment and/or hands-on expertise with Scrum practices
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of web technologies (e.g., WordPress, PHP, HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
- Strong project management skills (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence, Operating)
- Knowledge of cost/time tracking tools
- Experience with a range of project management tools
