Job Description
U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking Maintenance Mechanics in Philadelphia to operate and maintain RTU's, AHU's, VFD, MUR's, Boilers, Chillers, Energy management systems, Refrigeration and all associated equipment in a Commercial/Industrial HVAC/R environment.
Requirements
- Observing and interpreting readings on gauges, meters and charts
- Performing routine and preventive and corrective maintenance
- Maintaining records of maintenance services, repairs, supplies
- Making repairs of a mechanical nature, electrical nature
- Responding to emergencies such as floods, power outages, etc.
- Must provide own basic hand tools and test equipment
- Must be able to read and speak English clearly
- Valid Driver's license
- Able to climb ladders and walk long distances
- Able to pass background investigation without Criminal history
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and random drug testing
- Must be able to work overtime when required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in all climate conditions
