U.S. Facilities, Inc. is accepting resumes for the position of HVAC Mechanic for its Philadelphia PA location. This position involves the operation and maintenance of boilers, chillers, energy management systems, and associated equipment.

Requirements

• Observing and interpreting readings on gauges, meters, and charts
• Adjusting controls to insure safe and efficient operation of the system
• Recording in logs various aspects of the system's operation
• Performing routine and preventive maintenance
• Operating building automation systems
• Conducting equipment/system watches and tours
• Maintaining records of maintenance services, repairs, supplies, fuel consumption, etc.
• Making moderate repairs of a mechanical nature
