Job Description
Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first as a Home Health Physical Therapist. Administer physical therapy to patients in their place of residence, working under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.
Requirements
- Currently licensed in the State of Florida
- CPR certification
- OSHA Certificate
- HIV/AIDS Certificate
- HIPAA Certificate
- Alzheimer's Certificate
- Medical Errors Certificate
- Domestic Violence Certificate
- Minimum 1+ year(s) professional or personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illnesses, or challenging behaviors
- Valid in-state driver's license, current registration and insurance, and a driving record with no more than 2 points within the last 3 years
