Technical Support Engineer needed to join operations and field support team, supporting hardware devices and platform functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, or related technical field
- 3–5 years of experience in hardware support, embedded systems, or IoT environments
- Strong ability to understand and address customer needs
- Familiarity with physical diagnostics (signal, wiring, connectivity, sensor behavior)
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, UDP, connectivity checks, port/connection testing)
- Experience with network analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark, tcpdump) and basic connection testing tools (telnet, ssh)
- Ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze log data
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including basic administration tasks (backups, restores, indexing, user permissions)
- Strong communication skills in Greek and English (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working across cross-functional teams
