Head of AI

At Humara we’re developing the next generation of virtual sales assistants using genAI. We're seeking a Head of AI to lead our team and play a pivotal role in the continued success of our AI-native business.

Requirements

• Proven department leader with experience of building commercial products powered by AI
• Extensive experience with genAI and classic machine learning
• Experience with Agentic AI, including building products, architecture patterns, and tool chain applications
• Commercially minded approach to product development
• Ability to build technical credibility with the team through hands-on collaboration
• 5 years or more experience in leadership roles
