Job Description
We have an opportunity for a Junior Demand Planning Analyst to join our Replenishment team, ensuring restaurants remain adequately stocked by using data to investigate stock issues and optimising supplier performance.
Requirements
- Conduct investigations on reasons for out-of-stock instances.
- Maintain master data (delivery days, days target coverage, MRQ’s, suppliers, stock items details etc.)
- Conduct ad hoc analyses/investigations on supplier OTIF performance and overstocking issues.
- Assist with allocations of new stock items and ad hoc allocations for promotional items.
- Monitor deviations from forecasted usage/delivery schedules and take corrective action.
- Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining a Central Ordering system to automate 500+ stores’ replenishment.
