We offer a challenging part-time position as an HR Business Partner (m/w/d) in our Headquarters Germany. You will support Regional Managers and store managers in building strong teams, promoting engagement, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role, preferably in Retail or in a Multi-Site environment
- Degree in personnel management or business administration with a focus on HR or economics (Master)
- Vocational qualification certificate (AEVO) is an advantage
- Labor law and employee relations knowledge
- Experience in Learning & Development, including training and workshop moderation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Business English proficiency
- Travel readiness (approx. 25%)
