We are looking for a results-driven strategic Procurement Manager to lead supplier management, sourcing transformation, and cost optimization initiatives across our global operations.
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supplier Management within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Advanced education (e.g., MSc, MBA) in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Analytical Excellence: Demonstrated ability to perform quantitative analysis, interpret complex data sets, and apply fact-based decision-making to procurement strategies.
- Strategic Thinking: Capable of challenging legacy processes and driving transformation through innovative sourcing and supplier management approaches.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage and influence senior internal and external stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Communication Skills: Strong presentation and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex ideas clearly and confidently in English.
- Collaboration & Leadership: A team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and contribute to a high-performance culture.
