Regional Trainer Belgium-France-Luxemburg

We are looking for a Regional Trainer to support our store teams in Belgium, France, and Luxembourg. This role aims to enhance the capabilities of store teams and stimulate learning and development initiatives that directly impact business performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in professional training or coaching
• Strong history of stimulating commercial success through impactful training and development initiatives
• Exceptional sales skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Practical experience in delivering dynamic training sessions
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to translate business strategy into tangible training
• Understanding of the 'customer first' approach
• Ability to measure the outcome of training
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Valid driving license
• Qualification in Coaching, Training, L&D, or Retail (desirable)
• Proficiency in English, Dutch, and French
• Willingness to travel between the Netherlands, Belgium, Northern France, and Luxembourg
