Quality Control Associate

Perform pre-closing quality control reviews of loan files, review data integrity, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent, 4-year college degree preferred
• Three years of experience in mortgage loan processing, one or more in a mortgage underwriting position preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong understanding of state and federal mortgage origination compliance regulations (TILA, FCRA, HMDA, AML, etc.)
