Mold Maintenance Technician I (Apprentice)

The Mold Maintenance Technician I maintains and prepares all mold, fixtures, and spare components, while demonstrating behavior consistent with the company's values. They will disassemble, clean, and reassemble molds, perform maintenance tasks, and communicate with coworkers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
• Understanding of machines and tools
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Reliability, responsibility, and dependability
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic proficiency with computers
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to use arithmetic and perform mathematical calculations
• Excellent interpersonal skills
