Job Description
Provide first-class customer service to clients via phone calls, live chat, and email as a bilingual Customer Support Consultant. Responsibilities include assisting customers in Japanese and English, using provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues, and meeting productivity and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Japanese speaker able to converse in English
- Japanese written and verbal communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
