Data Center Specialist / Facility Maintenance Technician (Data Center) | Johor

Our client is a dynamic, diversified conglomerate with global reach and established brands in the digital infrastructure, maritime and real estate sectors. They are looking for a Data Centre Specialist (DCS) responsible for executing and assisting maintenance breakdowns and breakdown follow-ups.

Requirements

• Plan completion of planned & reactive work orders to achieve and maintain 100% compliance every month
• Assist in planning, supervision and handover of any project related changes or improvements within the facility
• Work closely with management and the wider operational team on the review of equipment failures and preparation of detailed root cause analysis and action plan reports
• Provide input into and develop site specific procedures associated with Maintenance and operation of critical equipment: SOPs, EOPs, Drills etc.
• Assist in technical issues, project management, vendor management and technical reporting on all critical equipment and computerised systems
• Escort and supervise/monitor work of third-party engineers and sub-contractors to ensure their compliance with the site standards when performing maintenance or relevant activities
• Operate equipment, monitor and respond to alarms and abnormal conditions in the FOC as required
