Engineering & Maintenance Manager (m/w/d)

We are seeking an experienced Engineering & Maintenance Manager to join our site leadership team in Bad Säckingen. The role involves leading and delivering major CAPEX projects, driving operational reliability and asset integrity, and championing EHS and compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field)
• 3+ years' experience in engineering and maintenance roles within manufacturing
• Proven success in managing large-scale CAPEX projects and delivering technical readiness for automotive standards and audits
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluency in German and English
• A proactive, hands-on, can-do attitude
