Job Description
The OR Circulator RN - Ambulatory Surgical Center role involves using the nursing process to assess, plan, provide, document, and evaluate care for patients undergoing surgical or invasive procedures in the ASC. The role requires collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams, patient teaching, and medication administration. The RN must demonstrate adaptability, problem-solving, and professional behavior, and adhere to infection prevention protocols and patient confidentiality.
Requirements
- Graduate of a school of professional nursing
- One year of recent perioperative nursing experience
- Current Texas licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of employment
- CNOR certification preferred
