The Ads Creative Strategist will provide top-quality creative media to clients by researching and reaching out to potential content creators, keeping up-to-date with TikTok and Instagram Reels trends, and developing a deep understanding of each client's brand and requirements. The role involves developing script briefs, contacting and liaising with content creators, and performing quality control duties.
Requirements
- Proven experience in coming up with engaging creative content across a range of niches
- Demonstrable knowledge of social media trends, with particular emphasis on TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate with content creators, colleagues, and clients
- Strong presentation, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills to effectively deliver work of high quality promptly
- Highly accountable, responsive, and ability to meet deadlines
- Aptitude for working with people, problem-solving, and thinking critically/analytically
- Growth and results-driven mindset, and ability to handle and implement constructive criticism
- Availability and responsiveness during office hours (Mondays to Fridays between 3-6 PM BCN time)
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Stable internet connection and laptop or PC, and ability to attend virtual video conferences
