Job Description
Hutchinson is seeking a Digitalization Engineer to optimize data collection from machine controllers, introduce Factory 4.0 solutions, reduce paper documentation, and support production/logistics. The role requires analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Requirements
- Completed higher technical education (preferred fields: automation, information technology, production engineering).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production environment.
- Practical knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies and experience in implementing projects within the Factory 4.0 framework.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with operational departments.
