Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and process automation in an aggressive entrepreneurial business. The ideal candidate will have excellent research, data analysis, and communication skills with accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.

Requirements

• Lead modeling and development to support operations initiatives, strategic programs, and new product solutions with complex mathematical modeling/tool development
• Create compelling data visualizations that communicate complex insights to diverse audiences
• Build interactive tools that allow stakeholders to drill down into data and explore different scenarios
• Develop efficient data models and query optimization strategies for fast, reliable reporting
• Build scalable BI solutions that can handle growing data volumes and user bases
• Train business users on BI tools and best practices for data analysis and visualization
• Document data sources, metrics definitions, and analytical methodologies for organizational knowledge
• Continuous maintenance and management of database systems and security
• Development of data analytics tools, interfaces, and reports
• Effective project management of more complex tools designs
• Utilize Python or other approved languages for data analysis and visualization to support machine learning
