Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) within SaaS/Tech/MarTech industries.
- Proven ability to manage high call volumes.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation and meeting-booking quotas.
- Proficiency with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and sales prospecting tools.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), with a confident phone presence.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
