The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience as a BDR/SDR in the tech/SaaS industry, strong English proficiency, and proficiency with sales tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience as a BDR/SDR or similar sales role in the tech/SaaS industry
- Comfortable handling high call volumes (80-100+) and engaging with prospects over phone and email
- Strong English proficiency and fluency (spoken & written)
- Proficiency with sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, or similar
- Track record of hitting targets and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to grow into more senior sales roles
