The Business Development Representative will conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage with decision-makers, manage leads, and track pipeline generation. This role focuses on high-volume sales in the LATAM regions.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience as a BDR/SDR or similar sales role in the tech/SaaS industry
- Comfortable handling high call volumes (80-100+) and engaging with prospects over phone and email.
- Strong English proficiency and fluency (spoken & written).
- Proficiency with sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, or similar.
- Track record of hitting targets and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to grow into more senior sales roles.
