PE Accountant - Helpware Group

Supporting the registration process of new Private Entrepreneurs (PEs), assisting with bank account openings, tax reports, and government institution interactions. Preparing contracts, invoices, and participating in payroll management.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience working with Private Entrepreneurs (PE) in accounting, economics, or finance
• Understanding of Ukrainian tax legislation (especially for PE Group 3)
• Experience interacting with government services/institutions
• Ability to work with banking systems and financial documents
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work with large volumes of information
• English sufficient for internal communication (minimum B2)
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, tables)
• Strong motivation to learn and develop in accounting and finance
